AT THE ORIGINAL HUMMEL VILLAGE, YOU DON'T JUST PAY RENT, YOU GET OUR COMPREHENSIVE LIFESTYLE PROGRAM, WHICH IS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL OUR RESIDENTS.

OUR COMPREHENSIVE LIFESTYLE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

1. OUR WORRY- FREE HOUSING PACKAGE

Hummel Village offers a total of 3 spacious studio floor plans (11 studios total) of approximately 385 to 450 square feet, and 28 larger floor plans ranging from approximately 700 to 900 square feet. The larger units are a combination of (3) different fully wheelchair accessible floor plans designed to meet residents' individual needs. Plans feature a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom plus a study or two full bedrooms and a bathroom. Kitchenettes include a convection oven/microwave and two induction burners. Tenant must supply their own refrigerator (except in the 7 smaller studios).

Residents living in our beautiful 24 hours security-gated community not only have access to their own private apartment, they also have the use of all the community areas, both inside and outside of all of our buildings, our Village Center, our library with books, games, and puzzles, our park and picnic areas.

2. OUR UTILITIES PACKAGE: Hummel Village residents never have to worry about making a utilities payment ! ALL UTILITIES (except phone and Internet) are FREE! We even have tankless water heaters for continuous hot water in all buildings! No water, gas, electricity, or water softener bills to pay! PLUS residents enjoy FREE use of laundry facilities located in each building!

3. OUR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE: Sit back and relax, at Hummel Village WE TAKE CARE OF ALL MAINTENANCE! Trash collection, landscape maintenance, pest control, interior maintenance - we even provide all your interior light bulbs and smoke detector batteries and change them for you! Also included is FREE weekly housekeeping. Plus our friendly on-site management is always on call!

4. OUR CABLE TELEVISION: Hummel Village residents enjoy FREE Comcast HD Starter package cable television! Residents can add upgrades through Comcast (HBO, Showtime, Internet, etc.) and only pay for the upgrades!

5. OUR PROGRAMS PACKAGE: Hummel Village residents can enjoy a varied schedule of FREE social events all month long. These include on-site activities such as monthly birthday parties, potlucks, bingo and game days, as well as scheduled off-site activities .

6. OUR WELLNESS PACKAGE: At Hummel Village we focus on all areas of wellness, including physical, mental, and social wellness. There is always something going on at Hummel Village - join in on our fun social activities all month long!

MEAL SERVICES!

• Delicious home-cooked meals, Monday through Friday at Noon. The cost is $250/month per person or you can pick and choose days for $13 per day. See current menu on our "News" page.
